What if I can’t find my ticket?
If you purchased from this site, visit Electrostub’s help page to find your ticket: http://www.electrostub.com/help.cfm
. Contact whomever you purchased tickets from if you're unable to locate your tickets on the Electrostub help page.
Do I need to print my ticket?
All tickets must be printed clearly in order to be scanned upon entry. Our scanners will only be able to read a ticket on a phone if the screen is uncracked and the brightness is turned all the way up.

Ticket name does not need to match ID as long as ticket is printed and scannable. You will only need to present an ID for your ticket if it is not printed and you need to pick it up at will call.
Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets will be available at the door so long as it doesn't say SOLD OUT when you try to purchase a ticket from this website.
